Requesting A PIN Number
If you need your student PIN number to access grades, please print out the request form, fill it out, have it notarized and return it back to the school. (Please Note: You will need Adobe reader to view the form)
Return the form to school and your password will be emailed to the email address on the form.
Accessing the Grades Online
- Following steps 1 & 2 above if you do not already have a PIN. (Note: If you you had a PIN from Lake Wales High School Last year, the same PIN will work. If your student is NEW to Lake Wales High School, you will need request a new PIN. PIN numbers do not follow your child from school to school).
- Go to http://pinnacle.polk-fl.net/pinnacle/PIV/
- Enter your students ID number in 10-digit format (ex: 5300XXXXXX) and type the PIN number you received in the previous section
- You should now be viewing your student's

Last semester Lake Wales High School added a photography class to our list of fine arts programs. Mr. Moyer, the photography teacher, has made a great effort in the development of this class. He has even started a Photography 2 class this semester. In this class you will learn everything from taking the perfect photo to editing it in Iphoto and photoshop. You will also learn about the development of photography and all of the parts of a camera.
They have recently added a display case of some of their work in the halls of Lake Wales High School under the word Respect. These photos were taken by Mr. Moyer's first year photography class. Some of these photos are displayed at the bottom of this web page. So when you get the chance, go take a look at some of thier amazing photographs.
